I know how valuable the Auto choice can be, yet make an effort not to depend on it all the time. You have to learn what each of the hero abilities do and learn when to use them effectively because if you just rely on autoplay, you'll end up losing a lot of easy battles later on.

At almost every point in this game, players are pestered to spend real money. Every time you get past any screen, a popup appears telling you to buy a gem pack, warrior pack, level 10 pack, or some other ridiculous piece of gear that you can get by spending genuine cash.

Autoplay is a feature in many turn-based fighting and strategy games that robs players of the thrilling experience of playing manually. Some games even limit autoplay to certain modes, like farming, completing minor side quests, and others. But in Raid: Shadow Legends, the autoplay feature of the game is not limited at all. Players can even use the autoplay feature in the game's main story campaign, as well as almost every other mode. Even the game's PvP system has autoplay functionality, which means you don't even have to control your champions when playing against a real player.

While players can simply ignore and decide not to use this feature, the game's AI does a fantastic job of performing tasks and winning battles, making manually playing this game almost pointless. To make matters worse, the developers introduced a high-speed mode in Auto-play that makes the game run at twice the speed so that players don't have to wait long to progress through the game.
This feature has done a fantastic job of completely ruining the gaming experience.

There is much to admire and participate in Raid: Shadow Legends. The game deserves praise for its stunning graphics and visuals, along with a great soundtrack. Sadly, the game's overhyped gear and autoplay feature simply rob you of a seamless turn-based experience. If you're into autoplay a lot then definitely look no further than Shadow Legends, but if your taste is the other way around then this game isn't for you.
